Tot & Family Programming
Shir Hadash offers opportunities for young children and their families to celebrate holidays, learn about Judaism, have fun, and do mitzvot.

Programming is planned to meet all the different ages and stages of young childhood (0-5). Every program includes a range of activities to meet children where they are in their Jewish learning and abilities.
​Who can come to our programming?
Any family with a child age 0–5. Events are open and free to the community! We welcome parents, grandparents, and other caring adults to accompany young children to our programming. Whether you have already joined Shir Hadash or are searching for your synagogue, come to one of our many opportunities for young families to pray, play, and socialize together!
Our religious school meets weekly with children from preschool to 12th grade. Learn about our innovative and engaging approach to Jewish learning and living here.
UPCOMING PROGRAMS:
​​Better Together at the Botanic Gardens
Seniors, grandparents, grand-friends in this age group! Who said senior citizens and children/tweens have nothing in common? Help our community learn from the wisdom of elders and give our children and seniors a chance to forge new connections on this Botanic Gardens scavenger hunt. Led by Alissa Zuchman, enjoy exploring the beautiful gardens, while you connect and explore nature. Be better together!
April 27 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.

Pray & Play - FREE!
Sunday Mornings 10:00 am -11:00 am
(This School Year: 4/6, 4/20, 5/4)
We welcome parents, grandparents, and any other caring adults to accompany young children to our FREE Pray & Play class, a fun opportunity for young families to pray, play and socialize together while learning about the holidays and Jewish music.
